Other Areas of Law

There are a number of matters that are associated with the practice of criminal law. They can arise as a result of conviction of a criminal offence but are dealt with separately from the conviction.

There are also matters that arise as a consequence of being arrested, or incarcerated as an alleged offender or as a convicted person. For example, the use of excessive force or the unlawful loss of personal freedoms.

Please contact me to discuss your matter.
